Vasile Adrian, 37, coordinator of the audit and financial advisory department services in the Romanian office of Mazars, was recently promoted as partner. He will become the second Romanian partner at the company’s Bucharest office, after Gabriel Sincu - Head of Tax & Outsourcing. Mazars’ local office is run by Jean-Pierre Vigroux - Managing Partner.

Vasile Adrian graduated in International Economic Relations from the Academy of Economic Studies (ASE) in Bucharest and holds the qualification of auditor and certified internal auditor. He has over 14 years of experience in financial auditing and commercial, and, financial and accounting advisory services. He worked previously at Coopers & Lybrand and PricewaterhouseCoopers until 1999.

Mazars has been on the Romanian market since 1995, and posted a turnover of over EUR 4.2 million in 2011. The local team includes over 120 specialists.
