American company CGS, a provider of outsourcing solutions, wants to add 250 Romanians to its teams in local centers in Sibiu and Brasov, adding to the existing 3,000 staff.

From the total of 250 jobs, about 150 are for the company’s center in Sibiu, while the rest are for the center in Brasov. Most of the positions require the staff to speak Romanian and English.

The positions available for those speaking English, French, Italian, Spanish, German and Dutch are in the Customer Care, Customer Support and Technical Support areas, while Romanian-speaking candidates can apply for a Consultant for Customer Service job.

“CGE wants to expand its activity because we have new clients and therefore we get involved in new projects for which we also need staff. Most of the jobs are competitive, they are newly created jobs, and of course we also cover the positions whose occupants have been promoted or have oriented to other areas,” said Vladimir Sterescu, country manager CGS in Romania.

CGS’s activity in Romania is organized in three centers located in Bucharest, Brasov and Sibiu. The company has some 3,000 employees in Romania.

Founded in New York in 1984, CGS currently serves customers in North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
