Be Igloo sells 30 apartments in first three months of the year
Real estate marketing and sales agency Be Igloo intermediated the sale of 30 apartments worth around EUR 2.4 million so far this year. The agency sold only 10 apartments in the first three months of 2010. “The average prices in 2010 and this year were of around EUR 80,000,” said Nimrod Zvik, managing partner with Be Igloo.
Most of the transactions – 90 percent of them- were for two-roomed apartments. Only 9 percent of the clients bought three-roomed apartments and 1 percent bought studios or apartments with more than three rooms.
Be Igloo, created in 2009 as the real estate sales agency for investment fund Romania Invest, has separated from the fund and became a stand-alone PR, marketing and sales firm for real estate projects, the company has announced. The company is now owned and managed by Nimrod Zvik and Loredana Albu.
Be Igloo’s portfolio includes seven real estate compounds owned by Romania Invest and the Green Hills compound in Piatra Neamt, developed by Aura Investments. The company is currently negotiating to represent five other residential compounds in Bucharest.
