The Belgian group Atenor is negotiating the sale of the Hermes Business Center office complex located in Bucharest.

The project includes three buildings with a total leasable area of over 73,000 sqm. The first of them has been completed, whereas the other two are be due in 2016 and 2017.

The office segment still has favorable perspectives in Romania, due to the economic growth. However, the company is in negotiations to sell these buildings, reads an Atenor financial report cited by local Ziarul Financiar.

The group has signed a lease contract with Genpact for 22,000 sqm for ten years. The business services provider will move in the third building of the Hermes Business Center, which will be due in May next year.
