Two out of the five Saab dealers present in Romania have suspended their activity this year, while the biggest dealer in Romania, Augusta Motors, has asked for insolvency, according to Mediafax newswire. However, there are companies planning to open Saab showroom in the future, among which one in Bucharest, according to Tiberiu Ioanovici, development director for Saab in Romania.

Saab car registrations in Romania dropped by more than 67 percent in the first five months of the year compared to the same period of last year. Only 11 Saab cars were registered in Romania during this interval.
