Bucharest Airports Company introduces Happy or Not measuring system at the Henri Coanda Airport
The Bucharest Airports National Company (CNAB) introduced the “Happy or Not” international system at the Henri Coanda Airport, which measures the passengers’ level of satisfaction with the offered services.
“The first area on which passengers can express their satisfaction is the public car parks. Other areas to be monitored during this year are the cleaning services, check-in, retail and security,” reads CNAB’s statement.
The “Happy or Not” system in the Henri Coanda Airport includes a number of eight devices.
The system can be found in other European airports in London, Newcastle or Lyon.
