Bucharest City Hall restores Old Court with EUR 10 mln
The Bucharest City Hall will pay over EUR 10 million to refurbish the Royal Palace “Curtea Veche” located in Bucharest’s Historical Centre Lipscani.
The General Council adopted on May 28 a draft resolution on the restoration project, reports local Mediafax. The money will be used to strengthen the pillars and the brick vaults, to build a network of concrete straps on the walls, but also to create a museum circuit.
The City Hall will also invest the money in sanitation, the sewerage system and the heating and air-conditioning installation.
