Bucharest mayor Sorin Oprescu wants to attract Chinese companies in finalizing the infrastructure projects in Bucharest. Oprescu is currently visiting China, where he will meet representatives of Chinese companies potentially interested in investing in the Bucharest infrastructure projects.

Oprescu has been invited by his counterpart Guo Jinlong. The visit is also part of the Bucharest – Beijing agreement signed in 2005.
