Chocolate, champagne distributor builds three residential projects in Romania
Real estate developer DeSilva Properties will build three residential projects in Romania with over EUR 20 million.
DeSilva will invest EUR 7.5 million in the Lakeside Residences project, developed in Bucharest on the Baneasa lakeside, as well as EUR 10 million in a residential holiday complex in Black Sea resort of Mamaia. The company also plans to develop a holiday apartment project in the mountain resort Predeal. The investment budget for the project hasn’t been announced yet.
DeSilva has developed so far the Ramada North hotel in Bucharest as well as the Park Residence complexes in the north of Bucharest and in Predeal.
DeSilva Properties is part of the De Silva group, which is also active in the import and distribution of food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, such as Toffifee, Merci, Dom Perignon, Moet & Chandon, Perrier or Vittel.
