Debt recovery and insolvency litigation boosts law firm Zamfirescu Racoţi Predoiu’s turnover by 35%
Romanian law firm Zamfirescu Racoţi Predoiu (ZRP) posted a turnover of EUR 4.5 million in 2011, up 35 percent over the previous year, according to the company. The growth in 2011 was sustained mainly by litigation on debt recovery and insolvency, which contributed over 60 percent to the company’s financial performance, but also by significant development of the company’s consulting projects portfolio. The firm also trumpeted its "efficient management strategy focused on sustainable development - long-term profit maximization through efficient use of resources," as a further contributing factor.
“Measured against the firm’s average number of lawyers in 2011, the turnover is a clear indicator of increasing individual performance,” said Stan Tîrnoveanu (in picture), Managing Partner Zamfirescu Racoţi Predoiu.
ZRP was formed in 2005 through the merger of two Romanian law firms, namely Zamfirescu & Partners and Racoti-Predoiu. The firm currently has a team of 38 lawyers, of which five are partners, namely Stan Tirnoveanu - Managing Partner, Ioana Racoți - Senior Partner, Călin-Andrei Zamfirescu - Senior Partner, Anca Danilescu - Partner, and Cosmin Vasile - Partner. Former partner Catalin Predoiu is currently the Justice Minister in Romania.
