A Government Emergency Ordinance that requires doctors and specialized professional organizations to declare to the National Medicines Agency the sponsorships received from drug companies will enter into force next year.

The Emergency Ordinance was published in the Official Gazette in March this year, but the law couldn't be applied so far because of missing declaration forms for sponsorship activities, which are approved by Ministerial Order, reports local Economica.net.
