Dutch developer CTP has completed the acquisition of the industrial park Prologis Park Bucharest A1 from the company Prologis for EUR 40 million.

The industrial park, which is now called CTPark Bucharest West, is located near the Bucharest-Pitesti A1 highway. The industrial area is made up of four warehouses with a total surface of 100,000 sqm plus 36 hectares of land.

CTPark Bucharest West currently has an occupancy rate of 95% and its tenants include Geodis, Cargo Partner, Kuehne Nagel, and Gefco.

“Now it’s the best moment to invest in Romania, a country with an estimated GDP growth of about 4% for 2015 and a market with about 20 million inhabitants,” said Remon Vos, CTP general director.

CTP has made four acquisitions this year in Romania.
