Emanuele Butta is the new executive vice-president in charge of retail with UniCredit Tiriac Bank, pending on the approval from the Romanian Central Bank (BNR). Butta will replace Zoltan Major, who will hold a regional position with the UniCredit group.

Butta has previously been head of CEE retail sales with UniCredit group and coordinated several projects in Romania, Russia, Serbia, the Czech Republic and Kazahstan.  He joined UniCredit in 1992 and had held various positions with the company in Italy and in the region.
