Enel Romania has new Chief Financial Officer
Energy company Enel Romania has appointed Italian Alessandro Sverzut as the new Chief Financial Officer, replacing Romanian Monica Hodor. She was named director of planning and control within the global network and infrastructure business line of Enel group.
Hodor will oversee the group’s financial operations in the distribution area in eight countries, including Italy, Spain, Brazil, and Romania.
Alessandro Sverzut, 49, has a 20-experience in management positions within financial departments. Previous to joining Enel Romania, he was director of Control and Systems at Enel Holding, and between 2007 and 2011 he ran the financial department of Enel France as CFO for the group’s operations in France and Belgium.
Enel has been active in Romania since 2005. It has 3,100 employees and 2.7 million customers locally.
