Romania’s Communications Ministry has finalized the technical platform which allows users to fill in forms and submit them, the ministry has said. The ministry will sign collaboration protocols with the public institutions which file requests to enroll in the system. The technical platform was made by the ministry through the National Center of Information Society Mangement and the 'Romania Digitala' National Center.
