Five-star hotel Athenee Palace Hilton ends revamping works on Roberto's restaurant
Five-star hotel Athenee Palace Hilton has completed the renovations on its ground floor and has recently re-opened the Roberto's restaurant. This is the second Roberto's restaurant in the chain and was inspired by the one in Amsterdam. The restaurant, which will serve Italian food, has a capacity of 134 seats, up from 109 seats before the renovation.
The opening of Roberto’s restaurant completes the work on the hotel’s ground floor, which included the lobby area adjacent to Roberto’s, and last year’s refurbishments of the Colonnade, lobby and Cafe Athénée. These were part of a EUR 2 million renovation investment plan.
The Athenee Palace Hilton in Bucharest is owned by Romanian businessman George Copos, through Ana Hotels. The hotel has 272 rooms and posted a turnover of around EUR 11.8 million last year. The hotel is run by Linda Griffin (in picture).
