South-African real estate developer NEPI has closed a partnership with real estate consultancy company CBRE to lease the City Business Centre office project in Timisoara.

The office complex has a total area of over 27,100 sqm. It has office spaces, restaurants, banks, underground parking, bike path or green areas.

City Business Centre hosts companies such as Accenture, Alcatel, Autoliv, Deloitte Audit, OMV Petrom, ProTv, Raiffeisen Bank, or Volksbank.

Timisoara has become one of the largest outsourcing players in Romania in the last years. 8% of the companies active in Romania choose Timisoara as their operational center, according to a report by CBRE.

NEPI is the biggest mall owner in Romania. Its properties in Romania were valued at more than EUR 1.3 billion in June 2015.
