NNDKP appoints two new partners, promotes six senior associates
Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP) law firm has promoted Luminita Dima (in picture) and Radu Damaschin to the position of remunerated partners. The law firm has also promoted six senior associates: Irina Alexa (Real Estate), Adriana Celea (the head of NNDKP’s Craiova office), George Trandafir (Infrastructure and PPP), Marius Ezer, Cristian Militaru and Valeriu Mina (Dispute Resolution).
As a result of these changes, NNDKP has now 17 partners and 97 lawyers, as well as 28 consultants and 73 employees in the support departments.
Luminita Elena Dima, currently Partner on Employment with NNDKP, joined the law firm in 2007. She graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School and holds an LL.M. in Business and International Cooperation Law. A member of the Bucharest Bar, she also holds a Ph.D. in employment law and is a Lecturer at the University of Bucharest Law School.
Radu Laurentiu Damaschin, Partner on Dispute Resolution, joined NNDKP in 2003. He graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School and has a postgraduate degree in private law from the same university. He also holds a Master degree in business law from the “Nicolae Titulescu” Law School in Bucharest and has successfully attended the courses offered by the Academy of American and International Law, Center for American and International Law, Plano, Texas. He is a member of the Bucharest Bar.
NNDKP law firm posted revenues of EUR 16 million in 2009, according to its data. The firm was set up in 1990 by Ion and Manuela Nestor.
