In order to implement the provisions of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 109/2011 concerning the corporate governance of state-owned enterprises, within 5 majority state-owned companies, Quest Advisors in association with Transearch International are organizing the process of recruitment of:

• 3 members in the Board of Directors of Plafar S.A.;
• 3 members in the Board of Directors of Societatea Națională a Sării  S.A.;
• 5 members in the Board of Directors of Societatea Cupru Min S.A.;
• 5 members in the Board of Directors of  Societatea Naţională a Apelor Minerale S.A.;
• 2 members in the Board of Supervisors of CNTEE Transelectrica S.A.

All interested persons are invited to access the details regarding the selection criteria and the procedure through which they can participate in the recruitment process, on the website of the Ministry of Economy, Commerce and Relations with the Business Environment, at ”Management Profesionist” section.

The documents comprising the application files and requested by announcements published on the website of the Ministry of Economy, Commerce and Relations with the Business Environment will be delivered by courier/mail/submitted with acknowledgement of receipt no later than 29.04.2016, 4:00 p.m., in hard copy, in a closed and sealed envelope, bearing the mention: ”Procedura de recrutare şi selecţie pentru poziţia de membru în Consiliul de … al ….; Name Surname of the candidate”, to the address Quest Advisors, Str.
