Romanian Prime Minister Emil Boc (in picture) will meet the International Monetary Fund delegation today, which is the second to last day of the IMF review mission in Romania. The meeting will start at 09,30.

A joint IMF and European Commission mission has been in Romania since July 26 and will leave this Thursday, August 4. The MF and EC representatives have been meeting Romanian Government officials and will meet Romanian political party leaders before leaving to Washington, where they will decide whether the country will get the next loan installment. The IMF vote for Romania's sixth loan disbursement should be held in September. If approved, Romania will get EUR 900 million from the IMF loan.
