Poll: Romanians watch TV for business news, only 3% read newspapers and magazines

Over three quarters of Romanians watch TV to get informed about business news, found a recent poll by CURS. Only 8 percent read business news on the Internet and a mere 3 percent in the printed media. For 2 percent of the respondents, the radio is the main source of information for business, while 1 percent learn about business developments from friends or family.
Only a quarter of Romanians are highly interested in business news, while 43 percent, just very interested. 31 percent are less so, and 11 percent, interested to a lower degree.
The poll was organized between December 10 and 19 on 1,100 respondents, and has an error margin of plus/minus 3 percentage points.
