Romania enters Guinness Book of Records with biggest resuscitation course

Romania entered the Guinness Book of Records with the biggest organized cardio-pulmonary resuscitation course in the world, attended by 7,402 people. At the event held on the Dinamo stadium in Bucharest, the participants have done demonstrations on 700 models, while more than 700 instructors were there to teach them the resuscitation procedures.

The event entitled "Save lives and enter the Guinness Book of Records" was organized at the initiative of the Romanian Society of Ambulance and the Ambulance Service of Bucharest. Romania defeated Mexico’s previous record, where 6.577 participants were taught simultaneously resuscitation procedures.
