This year's Eurovision song contest, which will be organized in the German city Dusseldorf, will start on Tuesday, May 10, with the first semifinal. The Romanian band Hotel FM is scheduled to enter the competition on Thursday, in the second semifinal. The Eurovision final will take place on Saturday, May 14.

Romania participates in the contest with the song 'Change', by Hotel FM band. International betting houses give Romania the 19th position among the chances to win this competition, with France ranking first and UK, second.

Romania's song in the 2010 competition, 'Playing with Fire, by Paula Seling-Ovidiu Cernăuţeanu ranked third. Hotel FM band is made of David Bryan (voice), Gabriel Băruţă (piano and backing vocals) and Alex Szus (drums). Listen to their song below.
