Last year, Dacia launched the new models for Dacia Logan, Sandero and Sandero Stepway at the Geneva Car Show.

Renault bought the Romanian car manufacturer in 1998 and turned Dacia into an international brand and raised production in Pitesti from 86,000 vehicles in 1999 to over 340,000 in 2010. According to Bloomberg, other car manufacturers struggle to match the prices of Dacia models, which is giving the brand an edge in the global car markets. Dacia sold 343,000 cars worldwide in 2011.
