Romania's Finance Ministry grants state aid for nine investment projects
Romania’s Finance Ministry granted state aids of about EUR 98 million for nine investment projects with a total value of over EUR 235 million between November last year and June 2015. These projects will help create over 3,330 jobs.
The companies which received the state aid are active in the car parts sector (57%), cars/equipment (22%), ships/aircraft (12%), and appliances (9%).
Four of the investments are greenfield whereas five of them are the extensions of projects which have already started. The greenfield investments belong to Sonaca Aerospace, Airbus Helicopters, Timken, and Cer Cleaning, which is part of Karcher Group.
