Volksbank Romania has leased 8,000 sqm of office space in Nusco Tower, on a five-year term, according to Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), which intermediated the deal. JLL started negociations for a new office space for Volksbank in July last year, according to Lori Collin, head of the tenant representation department with JLL.

Nusco Tower, developed by Italian Nusco, spreads on 17,000 sqm of leasable area, on 18 floors. Other tenants in the building include Oracle, Bayer, Centrofarm, Raiffeisen Leasing. Oracle has a 7,000 sqm office space in the building. The office building in located on Barbu Vacarescu boulevard in Bucharest and required an investment of around EUR 50 million.
