French musician and composer Yann Tiersen will be playing in Romania for the third time and for the second time this year. Tiersen's concert will take place on December 9 at the Silver Church Club, starting 19,00 hours. Yann Tiersen is touring to promote his new album, Dust Lane.

The Irish band The Cranberries rocked the evening last night in Bucharest. The concert was among the first in the European tour which marked the band's reunion and the first ever concert in Romania. There were 90 minutes of joy. Read more about the concert and listen to some of the songs.

Those who want to discover more about hand made and home made Romanian products will be able to see and taste some of them at a fair which will take place this week-end in Bucharest. A traditional products fair will take place between July 23 and July 25, 9,00 to 28,00 hours, at the Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences in Bucharest (61 Marasti boulevard).

The French Embassy to Bucharest and the French Cultural Institute in the capital city organize an event dedicated to film lovers at the Uranus 144 open air cinema. The French comedy series will start on July 24 and last until August 1st. Entry will be free of charge. See complete schedule.
