The electronic reader, which runs on an e-ink technology, will include 120 books in Romanian and around 20 in English and French at first and will allow readers to keep up to 4,000 books on its 2GB internal memory.

European Commission experts have started an evaluation mission on Romania's progresses in the justice area, part of the Mechanism of Cooperation and Verification (MCV) on Justice. According to Justice Minister Catalin Predoiu, Romania's progress in the judiciary system since the last country report shows the clear commitment by the Romanian Government to fulfill its obligations.
