Xerox has appointed Gabriel Pantelimon general manager of Xerox Romania and the Republic of Moldova, the company has announced. Pantelimon will replace Petr Sichrovsky, who will return to the Czech Republic but will not stay with Xerox, according to Romanian media.
Emanuele Butta is the new executive vice-president in charge of retail with UniCredit Tiriac Bank, pending on the approval from the Romanian Central Bank (BNR). Butta will replace Zoltan Major, who will hold a regional position with the UniCredit group.
Iñaki Berroeta (in picture) is the new CEO of telecom company Vodafone in Romania, replacing Liliana Solomon from the beginning of December this year, the company has announced. Inaki Berroeta joins Vodafone Romania from the helm of the subsidiary in Malta, where he has been GM for three years.

Adrian Baicusi (in picture), the general manager of Romania’s state-run power grid operator Transelectrica (BVB ticker: TEL), will be replaced by Stelian Alexandru Gal, the former GM of the company, effective November 15, according to a news release sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB).
