The Romanian Government has delayed until the spring of 2012 the sale of a 15 percent stake in natural gas producer Romgaz Medias, according to the country’s draft letter of intent agreed with the International Monetary Fund.
Romanian foreign direct investments, or FDI, fell 25.6 percent to EUR 2.6 billion in 2010, from EUR 3.5 billion in the previous year, the central bank said Friday.
