Kogainon Films, a US-based media production company set up by film director Nicholas Dimancescu (in picture), plans to continue a series of documentaries focusing on Romania, after having released two documentaries about Romania in the world wars. The production company will release a documentary about Romanian ancestors Dacians and Romans, hoping to bring a fresh story line which would change the old fashion view of Romanians' ancestors, Nicholas Dimancescu tells Romania-Insider.com.

The shareholders of Kilpatrick Executive Search have brought Talent Works International on the Romanian market. Bogdan Dragoescu will lead the Talent Works International Romania teams in Bucharest and Timisoara. He has more than 15 years of experience in Business Management Consultancy. Dragoescu is a Psychology graduate with a Professional Diploma in Management.

The leadership style is yet another area where cultural intelligence is required and where local cultures play an important role. The sort of leadership valued in the Netherlands is, for example, a weakness in Romania, where authoritative leadership is seen as a strength. On the same note, the qualities of a good leader in the US would not necessarily work in Central and Eastern Europe.
